CI Midwest 2023 has been canceled.
We are disappointed to have to cancel #CIMW23.
A number of factors contributed to this unfortunate decision. We are sandwiched between WAFLT and ACTFL (in Chicago) this year. We have fewer hands on deck, due to family emergencies and personal situations. Also, our food service, which is normally so professional and easy to work with, informed us they are short-staffed and unable to service our event.
Given all these challenges, we just couldn't meet the critical mass to run the conference this fall.
We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this news is. We are exploring the possibility of running the conference in spring or an earlier time in fall next year if a facility is available and willing to accommodate.
We are committed to having you back as soon as we are able!
